Who I work with
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a life transition, dealing with relationship issues, or facing something else entirely, I'm here to support you. I have experience supporting people with a wide range of presentations, including:
Couples
Whether you're feeling distant from each other, stuck in the same argument, or navigating a bigger life change together, I offer a non-judgemental space to explore what's really going on between you. The goal is to rebuild intimacy and trust and develop the communication skills to navigate conflict effectively. I hold an appropriately challenging space – one that supports real awareness and change, with care and respect. I have advanced training in relationship and couples work and hold a certificate in Couples/Relationship Therapy.
Boarding School Survivors
If you were sent to boarding school as a child, the early separation from home can leave a lasting mark – often hidden behind a capable, self-sufficient exterior that served you well growing up but can make real vulnerability and closeness harder to access as an adult. This can show up later in life as difficulty forming or sustaining intimate relationships, low mood or feeling disconnected from your own feelings. I have a particular interest in working with individuals and couples affected by this experience, and supporting the insight, self-compassion and connection that can come from finally exploring it.
