Your First Session
We meet for 50 minutes. This might be all you need, or it might be the beginning of longer work. There’s no pressure either way. We’ll explore what’s going on for you and what you’re hoping for from therapy.
Ongoing Support
If we continue, we meet weekly at the same time. That consistency matters – it creates a space that is reliably yours. We work at your pace.

When we are ready to end
We’ll take time to close well - recognising what’s changed and what’s next. Many clients come back when new challenges arise, and that’s always welcome.
